If you are arriving at Narita airport, we would strongly suggest you to either take an internal/domestic flight from Narita airport to Nagoya airport, or take the Shinkansen (bullet train) from Tokyo to Okazaki.
If you arrive at Nagoya airport, it would be possible to request for airport limousine bus to JR Okazaki station and our staff will meet you at the station.
